Our lamb is antibiotic free, hormone free, USDA inspected, and vacuum sealed so that we can offer you the highest quality product possible. Moving our lambs to fresh pasture twice a week requires a lot of effort on our part, but rotational grazing has big benefits for soil health and animal health.
